CSDROP Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (referred to as the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://csdrop.com (referred to as the “Website”) and all services provided through it (collectively, the “Services”). By registering an account or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. The Website is operated by CSDROP Limited (Company Registration No. 79778341), a company organized under the laws of Hong Kong (referred to as “CSDROP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Note: The Services offered on the Website involve virtual items and games of chance for entertainment. They are not gambling or betting services, and no real money wagers are taken on any events.

By creating an Account or using any part of the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the above Terms of Service. You further acknowledge that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CSDROP.

Eligibility and Access

Age Requirement: The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account or use the Services. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time to verify eligibility. Accounts found to be used by minors will be terminated immediately, and any balances or entitlements will be forfeited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Legal Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your own jurisdiction. By using the Website, you represent that you are not located in or a citizen/resident of any country or region where use of the Services would violate applicable law or regulations. We may restrict or refuse access to the Services in certain jurisdictions in order to comply with laws. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of the Services, including laws on gaming, virtual items, anti-money laundering, and data protection.
Restricted Territories: You are not permitted to use the Services if you are in any Restricted Territory. “Restricted Territory” means any country, state, or region that we, in our sole discretion, designate as prohibited due to legal or regulatory reasons.

We may update the list of Restricted Territories at any time to reflect changes in law or policy. It is your responsibility to refrain from accessing the Services from within any Restricted Territory. Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions is prohibited. If we determine that you are accessing the Services from a prohibited region or attempting to bypass restrictions, we may terminate your account and void any transactions or winnings.
Account Registration: To use certain features, you must create a personal user account (“Account”). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and at all times thereafter. This includes a valid email address and any other details we may request. One Account Policy: Each individual is allowed to create only one Account. You may not create or control multiple accounts under any circumstances. You also agree not to share your Account with anyone else or allow any other person to access the Services through your Account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you have more than one Account or if someone else uses your Account, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate all associated accounts and void any associated Coins, items, or rewards.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Choose a strong, unique password and do not disclose it to others. We highly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) if this feature is available, to add an extra layer of security to your Account. You must not permit any third party to use your credentials, and you should notify us immediately at our support email if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach. CSDROP is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to secure your credentials. You acknowledge that any actions taken through your logged-in Account are presumed to be authorized by you.
Identity Verification (KYC): We may require you to complete KYC verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. You agree to provide timely, accurate documentation upon request. In any event, before any withdrawal is processed, you must successfully complete our KYC verification procedures. We may suspend or limit your Account until we have received and approved your documentation. If you fail to provide the requested KYC information or if any provided information is false or cannot be verified, we may refuse to open or continue your Account, deny a withdrawal, and/or terminate your Account. Any Personal Data collected for KYC is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Account Inactivity: If your Account remains inactive for an extended period, CSDROP reserves the right to classify it as a dormant account. We may notify you via your registered email of inactivity. If your Account remains inactive for one (1) year and there are funds available on your Account balance, we may charge a maintenance/administration fee by deducting it from your balance for Services management. Dormant accounts might be closed after additional prolonged inactivity. Any remaining non-withdrawable balance in a closed dormant account may be forfeited, while any withdrawable items or funds might be handled in accordance with applicable law. To avoid this, make sure to log in and use the Services periodically.
Modifications to Terms: CSDROP may update or revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on the Website and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Changes take effect on the date stated in the revised Terms. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes, unless immediate changes are necessary for legal or security reasons. Changes do not retrospectively alter the rules of rounds already started or Promotions already activated, subject to clauses 3.9 and 8.4. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and, if appropriate, close your Account.

Virtual Coins & Currency

In-Game Currency: CSDROP operates using an internal virtual currency called Coins. All account balances, purchases, and payouts on the platform are denominated in Coins. For reference and internal display/accounting purposes on the Website, we may express Coin balances and transactions using a reference rate (for example, 1 Coin = $0.70). This reference rate is used to present approximate equivalents and does not mean Coins are real money or redeemable for fiat, nor does it guarantee any specific purchase rate or payout rate. The fiat price you pay for Coins (and the number of Coins credited to your Account) is the amount shown at checkout at the time of purchase, including any promotions or bonuses.
Use of Coins; No Refunds: When you deposit funds or virtual items on the platform, they are converted into Coins at the rate shown at checkout (for fiat deposits) or based on the item’s valuation at the time of deposit (for item deposits). Conversely, when you withdraw funds or items, your Coin balance is deducted accordingly. All game entries and transactions on the Website are conducted using Coins. Once a Coin is used to play a game or purchase an item, it is spent and cannot be returned to your balance. All Coin purchases and deposits are final. We do not offer any refunds or reversals for Coins that you have purchased, deposited, or otherwise used, except in rare cases required by law. Similarly, if you deposit funds to obtain Coins and then decide not to use them, you have no automatic right to withdraw those Coins back as cash. The Coins must be used on the platform in accordance with these Terms. We may, in our sole discretion, consider refund requests for completely unused deposits on a case-by-case basis, but we are under no obligation to do so.
Non-Transferability: Coins and other virtual credits or rewards in your Account are personal and non-transferable except through tipping or reward-distribution features expressly authorised by CSDROP. You may not sell, trade, transfer, or exchange Coins to or with other users outside those authorised features. Any such attempted transfer is a violation of these Terms and may result in account action. Coins can only be acquired through the methods we provide and can only be used within the Services as allowed by these Terms. This includes attempts to deposit value, purchase items, resell items, and then withdraw value for the purpose of transferring funds through the Services. You must not use deposits, item purchases or sales, withdrawals, or tipping to bypass transfer restrictions or other security and compliance controls. An authorised transfer does not itself remove any applicable wagering or withdrawal restrictions

Games and Features Offered

We offer a variety of online games of chance and interactive features on the Website, including games using Coins, free promotional features and creator tools. Coins are required where specified for the relevant activity; certain features or rewards may be available without payment under their applicable rules. Each loot box opening, game round, or item purchase is processed individually at the time of the action. The current games and features available include, but are not limited to, the following:

Mystery Boxes (Loot Boxes): Virtual cases or boxes that can be opened in exchange for a certain number of Coins. When you open a Mystery Box, you receive a random virtual item or prize. Each box has a price in Coins and a predetermined set of possible items with varying rarities and values. You acknowledge that the outcome of each box opening is random, and you are not guaranteed to receive an item of equal or greater value than the cost of the box. By purchasing and opening a box, you accept the risk that the item you win may be of lesser value than the Coins spent.
Battles (Case Battles): A competitive feature where two or more users open the same Mystery Boxes simultaneously and compare results. Each participant spends the required Coins to open the box in the battle. The player who unboxes the highest total value of items wins the battle. Usually, the winner receives the combined prize. If you lose a battle, you forfeit any items you revealed in that battle. Battles introduce a higher risk/reward scenario: you might win more than you spent, or you might gain nothing if you lose.
Upgrader: A game feature that allows you to risk an item or Coins for a chance to upgrade to a higher-value item. You select one of your current items as the input and choose a target item of greater value. The system displays the probability of success versus failure. If you proceed, a random outcome is generated. If you win, the target item is granted to you. If you lose, you forfeit the item or Coins you staked. The probabilities and results in the Upgrader are determined by a provably fair random mechanism. There is no guarantee of success, and higher upgrades will usually have lower chances of winning.
Tower: A chance-based mini-game where you attempt to climb a virtual “tower” by making a series of picks or guesses at each level. Each level you pass, your potential reward increases. You may cash out at certain points to claim a prize, but if you hit a losing pick at any stage, the game ends and you lose the Coins used to participate for that round and any uncollected potential reward. Tower games offer escalating risk and reward: the further you go, the more you can win, but the risk of losing everything also increases. All outcomes on each step are random and determined fairly. Unfinished rounds are saved and resume when you return to the Website.
Double (Roulette): A mini-game adapted for the platform, where you use Coins on a spinning wheel outcome. After your predictions are specified, the wheel spins and lands on a result. If you predicted correctly, you win Coins according to the multipliers displayed before participation; if not, you lose the Coins used to participate. The Double game is random and uses the provably fair mechanism described on the Website to determine the winning segment. There is no assured strategy to win, and every spin is independent.

Mines: A game inspired by the Minesweeper concept. You use Coins and are presented with a grid of hidden tiles. A certain number of tiles conceal “mines” while others are safe. Before starting a round, you select your stake, grid size and number of mines from the available options. Each time you click a safe tile, your potential payout increases according to the applicable multiplier After revealing your first safe tile, you may collect your potential payout before selecting another tile. The payout is calculated using your stake and the multiplier applicable at collection, subject to the limits displayed before the round begins. Intermediate potential payouts are not separately credited to your Account. However, if you click a tile that contains a mine, the game ends, and you lose the Coins you used for that round and any uncollected potential payout. The placement of mines is random for each round. The Mines game allows you to set the number of mines at the start. All outcomes are generated fairly by the system. If you leave the Website or disconnect while a round remains active, the round’s progress is saved. When you return, you can resume the unfinished round from its saved state. Leaving or disconnecting does not itself collect the potential payout or cancel the round.

Marketplace (CS Skins Market): The Website provides a Marketplace feature where users can trade virtual items, specifically Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO) skins and other virtual goods, using Coins. In the Marketplace, you can list items for sale to other users or purchase available items listed by others. The prices of skins and virtual items on our platform are determined by real-time market data through third-party pricing APIs. Prices may fluctuate at any time due to supply, demand, or external market changes. We do not guarantee that an item’s Coin price on the platform will match any particular third-party marketplace price at any given moment, and we reserve the right to adjust item prices and update valuations continuously without prior notice. All Marketplace transactions are denominated in Coins and are final once completed. Virtual items traded in the Marketplace are delivered via Steam or the platform. While we strive for accurate pricing and smooth trades, we are not liable for any loss due to market volatility or pricing delays.
No Professional Advice or Financial Expectation: All games and features on the Website are offered for entertainment purposes only. The outcome of each game is based on random chance. You should not expect to profit by using the Services. Playing these games is not an investment and should not be considered a source of income.
Game Rules and Limits: Detailed rules for each activity, including wagering thresholds, payout caps, reward multipliers, challenge settings, and redemption procedures, are provided directly within the Website interface and made available before you participate in the relevant activity. These rules form part of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these parameters or alter the access to specific features at any time for purposes of management, security, or regulatory adherence. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter the rules applicable to a round already started or a Promotion already activated. Where an immediate restriction is necessary for security or legal reasons, we may suspend access to the affected feature and will explain how any unfinished rounds or active Promotions will be handled, subject to applicable law.

Provably Fair & Random Number Generation

We are committed to fairness and transparency in all game outcomes. All random outcomes on the Website are generated using a provably fair system or a random number generator (RNG). The method used may differ between games and other features involving random selection.
Provably fair means that the results of games are produced by cryptographic algorithms that allow users to independently verify outcomes against the data committed for the relevant round. In practice, the applicable method may use server seeds, client seeds, nonces and/or blockchain data, as described in the verification instructions for that game or feature. Verification data becomes available in accordance with the applicable method. Where verification requires disclosure of a server seed, verification can be completed after that seed is revealed.
We may provide a public Provably Fair Verification tool or page on the Website, which explains methods used for the relevant games and features, together with instructions and, where available, tools for reproducing and checking outcomes.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you understand outcomes are randomly determined and accept the results of the provably fair algoritthat a provably fair system does not guarantee a successful outcome or prevent the loss of Coins. Outcomes are determined using the applicable published method and are not adjusted to favour individual users. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods: All deposits and withdrawals of value into or out of your Account must be made through our supported payment providers and procedures. We only use verified, secure third-party payment processors or platforms to handle transactions. The list of accepted deposit methods will be provided on the Website and may change over time. We do not accept cash or any payment methods outside of those explicitly offered through our website interface.
Deposits: When you deposit real currency or accepted virtual items into your Account, we (or our payment partner) will credit your Account with the corresponding amount of Coins once the payment is confirmed. Deposits in fiat currency are converted to Coins. Coins are offered in packages and/or at rates shown during checkout; the price you pay and the number of Coins credited to your Account are as displayed at the time of purchase (including any promotions or bonuses). Deposits of virtual items are converted to Coins based on the item’s valuation at the time of deposit, which is determined by our pricing sources.
All deposits are final; you cannot withdraw deposited funds without using them in the games. We reserve the right to impose minimum or maximum deposit limits and to change those limits from time to time for security or compliance reasons. If a deposit attempt does not meet our minimum requirements or triggers any risk checks, it may be rejected or delayed.
Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of eligible winnings and/or eligible virtual item prizes and any other amounts expressly designated as withdrawable under the applicable Promotion or creator arrangement at any time, provided your Account is in good standing and you have met any applicable conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, deposited funds (and Coins credited from deposits) are not withdrawable except as expressly stated in these Terms. Withdrawals will be processed through the authorized methods we offer, which may include cryptocurrency payouts, transfer of in-game items via the Steam platform, or other approved channels. We do not process withdrawals to credit cards or bank transfers for winnings. Where technically possible, we may require withdrawals to be processed via the same funding rail used for the relevant deposit (e.g., crypto-to-crypto), subject to security and compliance requirements. You must complete our KYC verification procedures before any withdrawal is processed, in accordance with clause 1.6. We reserve the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal if you have not provided satisfactory KYC documentation or if we suspect any fraud or unlawful activity.
For the avoidance of doubt, Coins credited from Marketplace sales are not “winnings” and are not withdrawable, unless explicitly permitted in the withdrawal interface in a particular case.
Withdrawal Limits: For security, anti-fraud, and operational reasons, we may impose limits on withdrawals, which may apply as shown in the withdrawal interface / for security and compliance. We may grant exceptions or higher limits to certain trusted or VIP users at our discretion, or conversely impose lower limits on new or high-risk accounts. These limits are in place to help prevent money laundering and abuse. We also reserve the right to stagger large withdrawal requests into smaller instalments or to require additional verification for large payouts. If you attempt to withdraw more than the permitted amount in a given timeframe, we may decline the excess or hold it until the next allowed period. We will communicate with you if such limits affect a requested withdrawal.
Fees and Timing: CSDROP does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers or blockchain networks may impose their own transaction fees, which you are responsible for. We aim to process withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times can vary. Some withdrawals may require manual review and can take up to several business days. You will be notified once your withdrawal is approved or if we need more information. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers or external systems.
Anti-Fraud and Security Measures: We closely monitor transactions for any signs of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity. We reserve the right to block, cancel, or reverse any transaction if:
The payment provider or bank flags the transaction as suspicious or fraudulent
We reasonably believe the transaction is connected with illegal activity or a violation of these Terms, or
The transaction fails to complete or is charged back.

In particular, if any deposit you make is charged back or disputed with your bank or card issuer, or if a cryptocurrency payment is reversed or deemed invalid, we may immediately deduct the corresponding Coins from your balance. Chargeback abuse is strictly prohibited and will lead to account termination under Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention. If your account is suspected of or involved in financial fraud, we may freeze all funds and items pending investigation, and you acknowledge that we may be required to report such incidents to relevant authorities.

Cancellation and Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any deposit or withdrawal request if we suspect a breach of these Terms, a security issue, or any unlawful conduct. This includes situations such as suspected bonus abuse, use of stolen payment methods, or transactions originating from Restricted Territories. In such cases, we may return funds to the original source or seize Coins/items as appropriate and close the Account.

CS Skins Marketplace and Item Value

The platform supports a CS: GO Skins Marketplace where virtual items can be exchanged. It is important to understand how item values are determined and the inherent variability of those values:

Pricing Source: The price in Coins of each skin or virtual item on the Website is determined by reference to real-time pricing data from third-party sources. We continuously update item prices to reflect current market trends. However, there may be slight delays or differences between our displayed prices and the exact market price at a given moment. We do not guarantee that our prices will always match the absolute latest external price, but we strive to keep them fair and up-to-date.
Price Fluctuations: Item values can and do fluctuate. The market for virtual game items is volatile; prices may rise or fall rapidly due to player demand, game updates, or external factors. By using the Marketplace, you accept the risk that the Coin price of a given item might change between the time you acquire it and the time you use or trade it. CSDROP is not liable for any perceived loss of value of virtual items. We will not compensate users for price differences or lost value due to market movements.
Trades and Transactions: When you put an item up for sale or trade in the Marketplace, you are agreeing to the price at which it is listed. Once a transaction is executed, it is considered final. We do not undo trades simply because you changed your mind or because the market price shifted after the transaction. Ensure that you want to proceed with a trade before confirming it. In rare cases, if a technical error causes a gross pricing mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the affected transaction and reverse any exchange of Coins or items, but we will inform you should that occur.
Item Availability: We cannot guarantee that any particular skin or item will be available for purchase or withdrawal at all times. The Marketplace depends on user activity and our own stock. If you win an item from a game, we will endeavour to make that exact item available for you to withdraw promptly. If, for some reason, the specific item or asset is not available, we reserve the right to provide you with an alternative of equal or greater value. This could be either an item of similar market value or the equivalent value in Coins or cryptocurrency, at our discretion, to fulfill our obligation to you.
No Cash Value; No Exchange Outside Platform: Virtual items obtained on the Website are not redeemable for cash from us. Their value is only realizable through the platform’s permitted features. Any transactions of items outside our platform are outside the scope of these Terms and are at your own risk. We do not facilitate or protect external trades. For your safety and to comply with our policies, we recommend that you only use the official Marketplace and withdrawal system for item exchanges.
Marketplace Proceeds and Withdrawability. Any Coins credited to your Account as a result of Marketplace activity are Website credits for use within the Services only. Unless we expressly state otherwise in the withdrawal interface for a specific transaction, Marketplace proceeds are not eligible for cashout or withdrawal (including via cryptocurrency or any other external method). Coins obtained from Marketplace activity may be used only to participate in the Services and to purchase items on the Website.
No Affiliation. CSDROP is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam. Steam functionality, trade restrictions, trade holds, account limitations, or outages may delay or prevent item transfers. You are responsible for maintaining the required Steam settings (including trade link/privacy/trade eligibility).

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

We maintain a strict Abuse Policy. By using the Website, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Any form of cheating, fraud, or abuse can result in severe consequences, including account termination and loss of funds. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one Account per individual is strictly forbidden. You may not bypass the one-account rule by using fake identities, alternate emails, VPNs, different devices, or any other method. Similarly, you cannot have someone else create an account on your behalf or share accounts. If you have more than one Account, or work with others to create a network of accounts for advantage, it is a violation.
Account Sharing or Transfer: Your Account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with others, nor may you sell, rent, or transfer your Account to any other person. Likewise, you are not allowed to use an account that does not belong to you. Accounts and any associated benefits and Coins are non-transferable by users. Associated Coins or rewards may be transferred only through features expressly authorised under clause 2.3,
Circumventing Restrictions: You must not attempt to bypass any restrictions imposed by the Website. This includes using VPNs, proxy servers, Tor networks, or other anonymization techniques to mask your IP address or location in order to access the Website from a Restricted Territory or to create multiple accounts. It also includes attempting to evade deposit, withdrawal, or other restrictions by any means. If you are blocked or limited for any reason, you should not create new accounts or use alternative methods to regain access.
Botting and Automation: It is forbidden to use bots, scripts, macros, or any automated systems to interact with the Services unless expressly authorised by CSDROP. All actions on the Website must be performed manually by a human user. This includes, without limitation, the use of virtual machines, emulators, browser tampering, modified clients, spoofed device or browser fingerprints, or similar tools where used to automate, disguise, manipulate, interfere with, or gain an unfair advantage in the Services. Automated clicking tools, exploitation scripts, or any form of software designed to manipulate gameplay or outcomes are prohibited. Also, you may not use any data-mining or scraping tools to collect information from the Website. API users must protect their credentials, comply with applicable access and rate limits, and access and use data only for authorised purposes. API access does not permit automated gameplay unless expressly authorised. We may restrict or suspend API access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or breaches of these Terms
Exploiting Bugs or Vulnerabilities: If you discover a bug, glitch, exploit, or vulnerability in our software or systems, you must not use it to your advantage or reveal it to other users. You are required to report any such issues to us immediately. Exploiting or sharing exploits is strictly forbidden.
Collusion and Unfair Advantage: You must not collude with other users to gain an unfair advantage. This includes teaming up or coordinating in any competitive mode to influence the outcome, or sharing information that is meant to be secret. Each user is expected to play independently and fairly. Any attempt to cheat the outcome of a game is a violation.
Fraudulent Payments and Chargebacks: You are strictly prohibited from attempting any kind of payment fraud. This includes using payment methods without the owner’s authorization, depositing stolen funds, or attempting to reverse payments after receiving Coins or items. Initiating a chargeback or dispute on a legitimate deposit will be deemed fraudulent behavior. We have zero tolerance for chargeback abuse; such cases will result in immediate account suspension and further action.
Abuse of Promotions and Rewards: Any abuse of our bonus systems, promotional offers, or reward programs is forbidden. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim signup bonuses or free drops, using scripts to obtain daily bonuses or referral codes, artificially generating activity to climb leaderboards, or any other method of obtaining rewards in a manner not intended by us. You must also refrain from selling or exchanging bonus rewards with other users. Raffles, Giveaways, Leaderboards, and Daily Bonuses are intended for genuine and loyal users – entering these through deceptive means is cheating.
Offensive Behavior: We expect all users to act respectfully. You may not harass, threaten, or bully other players or our staff. Hate speech, discriminatory language, and personal attacks are strictly prohibited in any chat, forum, or communication channel associated with the Website. Additionally, spamming the chat with repetitive or promotional messages is not allowed. We provide chat and social features for friendly interaction and will suspend or terminate users who abuse these channels.
Other Unlawful Activities: You shall not use the Website for any illegal purposes or in furtherance of illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that would violate any sanction or regulatory regime. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data, and you must not distribute viruses, malware, or any harmful software via our platform.
Enforcement and Consequences: If we suspect or determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in any of the above prohibited conduct or otherwise violated these Terms, we may take one or more of the following actions with or without prior notice:
Account Suspension: We may temporarily suspend your Account to investigate or permanently terminate your Account. A permanent suspension means you will no longer have access to the Services.
Confiscation of Funds/Items: If your violation is confirmed, any Coins, virtual items, or rewards in your Account may be seized and forfeited. This includes voiding any pending withdrawals or orders. You will not be compensated for any confiscated balance or items if you broke the rules.
Cancellation of Bonuses and Rewards: Any bonuses, referral commissions, promotional benefits, or loyalty rewards you have accumulated will be reversed if they were obtained through abuse or if your account is suspended for misconduct.
Removal from Programs: You may be disqualified from any VIP, affiliate, or loyalty program, and you will lose any status or benefits associated with such programs if your account is associated with fraudulent or prohibited behavior.
Legal Action: For serious violations, we reserve the right to pursue civil litigation or refer the matter to law enforcement authorities. You may be liable for damages, costs, or penalties incurred by CSDROP as a result of your breach.

We have the sole right to determine what constitutes prohibited conduct in each case, and our decisions are final. If you believe your Account was actioned in error, you may contact our support to appeal, but we make no guarantee of reinstatement.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

CSDROP may offer various promotional programs to reward users, such as sign-up bonuses, promo codes, daily bonuses, free coin drops, raffles, leaderboard contests, loyalty “rakeback” or cashback, referral rewards, and other incentives (collectively, “Promotions”). These benefits are provided at our discretion to enhance user experience and loyalty. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to the specific terms and conditions for that offer as well as the general rules below:

Use, Withdrawal and Transfer Restrictions: Bonuses, promotional Coins, free credits, raffle tickets, and similar rewards are subject to the use and withdrawal conditions of the applicable Promotion. They are intended only for the direct recipient and can only be used on the platform in the manner specified. Bonus Coins are not themselves withdrawable unless the applicable offer expressly provides otherwise. Prizes and bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn once the applicable conditions have been met, subject to Section 5 and identity verification requirements. Transfers are prohibited except through tipping or reward-distribution features expressly authorised by CSDROP. An authorised transfer does not itself remove any applicable wagering or withdrawal restrictions. Any attempt to purchase, sell, or transfer bonuses or reward accounts is a violation of these Terms.
Playthrough Requirements and Conditions: Many Promotions come with conditions. The specific conditions for each Promotion will be communicated in that offer’s rules before participation, including any wagering calculation, qualifying activity and completion deadline. You are responsible for reading and understanding those conditions. If you receive a bonus and do not meet the attached requirements, we may prevent the withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings until the requirements are satisfied. No deposit or wagering requirement applies to opening the free welcome boxes under clause 8.8; withdrawal of their prizes remains subject to the conditions stated in that clause. Any attempt to circumvent these requirements is prohibited.
Prohibited Promotion Abuse: Abuse or manipulation of promotional offers is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; coordinating with others to exploit referral or leaderboard systems; using automated scripts to claim daily or time-limited rewards; deliberately attempting to trigger free rewards without genuine play; or any other action that goes against the spirit of fair bonus usage. If we detect any form of bonus abuse or artificial play designed to exploit Promotions, we may revoke all associated bonuses and winnings. Users caught engaging in such behavior will be permanently excluded from future Promotions and may also face account suspension or termination under Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention.
Changes and Revocation: All Promotions are offered as voluntary rewards and not as rights. CSDROP reserves the right to modify or terminate any Promotion at any time, for any reason. We may adjust the structure of a bonus, the reward amounts, or the distribution mechanism as needed. We may also revoke any bonus or promotional reward from your Account if we suspect misuse, calculation error, or technical malfunction. In the event of a clear error, we will correct the amount to the intended value. You will have no claim to any bonus that is modified or revoked in accordance with these Terms or the specific promotion rules.

All decisions by CSDROP regarding Promotions are at our sole discretion and are final. If you have any questions about a particular bonus or promotion, please contact Support before participating.

Promotional KYC Exceptions. Unless the applicable Promotion states otherwise, KYC is not required solely to activate or use a welcome or deposit bonus. However, we may request verification at any time for age, security, fraud prevention or legal compliance purposes. All withdrawals require completed KYC under clause 1.6, including withdrawals of prizes obtained from free welcome boxes. Those prizes also remain subject to the deposit requirement in clause 8.8.
VIP Club. The platform may maintain an exclusive loyalty program providing qualified members with discretionary benefits, such as superior bonuses, unique rewards, specialized support, badges and dedicated VIP host access, or other perks. Participation is not a right and is not guaranteed; membership depends on eligibility criteria established by CSDROP, which may include your historical activity, risk assessment, and overall adherence to these Terms.

All VIP perks possess no cash value and are strictly non-transferable. We reserve the right to alter, limit, or revoke any loyalty status or associated rewards at our sole discretion. Should you breaches these Terms, abuse Promotions, engage in prohibited conduct, fail to sustain compliance standards or otherwise fail to meet applicable eligibility, your membership will be terminated. Specific incentives may carry further conditions as detailed on the Website or communicated to the user.

Welcome Deposit Offers: Eligible new users may select one of the following welcome offers for their first qualifying deposit. The offers are alternatives and cannot both be applied to that deposit. Each offer requires a minimum deposit of $20, and the maximum deposit amount qualifying for the additional credit is $5,000:
10% Raw Offer: You receive additional Coins equal to 10% of your qualifying deposit. This offer is subject to a one-time (×1) playthrough requirement, calculated as displayed before you select the offer. No additional promotional wagering multiplier applies. Depositing does not entitle you to withdraw the credited balance immediately.
200% Bonus Offer: You receive bonus Coins equal to 200% of your qualifying deposit. The wagering requirement is twelve times (×12) the combined amount of the qualifying deposit and bonus received. Free Welcome Boxes: Eligible new users may receive three (3) free welcome boxes upon registration. No deposit or wagering is required to open these boxes. The items or prizes received are determined randomly, and no particular item or prize value is guaranteed.
To withdraw any prize obtained from a welcome box, you must have made at least one successful deposit into your Account and completed our identity verification (KYC) procedures. Withdrawals remain subject to Section 5. The boxes being free does not remove these withdrawal conditions.
The welcome boxes are available once per person. Creating or using multiple Accounts to obtain additional welcome boxes is prohibited.
Seven-Day Challenges: The programme begins with your first successful deposit and offers rewards over seven days, including free cases, deposit bonuses, XP and rakeback boosts, and promotional Coins. The available rewards and any qualifying activity, wagering requirements or claim deadlines are displayed in the challenge interface before participation. Giveaways and Leaderboards: CSDROP and authorised creators may organise giveaways and leaderboard competitions through the Website. Each event’s rules will identify the organiser, eligibility and entry requirements, competition period, prizes, winner-selection or ranking method, any tie-breaking rules, and prize claim and delivery arrangements. These rules will be available before participation. Creators must honour the published rules and any prize commitments they undertake. Participants must not use multiple Accounts, collusion or artificial activity to obtain an unfair advantage. Prizes remain subject to the withdrawal and verification requirements applicable to the event. Changes, corrections and revocations are governed by clause 8.4.
Creator Hub: Authorised creators may access a restricted dashboard to manage supported features, including case statistics and earnings claims, leaderboards, giveaways, tips and API access. Access depends on the permissions granted by CSDROP.
Creator earnings are calculated and may be claimed under the applicable arrangements disclosed to the creator. Tips may be sent only through authorised platform features, using eligible balances and subject to the displayed limits. Receiving a tip does not remove any applicable wagering, withdrawal or verification requirements.
Creators must comply with clause 8.10 when organising giveaways or leaderboards, protect their access credentials, and use any user data available through the Creator Hub solely for the authorised purpose. Self-referrals, artificial activity and attempts to manipulate earnings or rewards are prohibited. Any separate creator terms will be provided for acceptance before they apply.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Website and the Services is at your own risk. The Website and all Services, games, features, and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CSDROP, including its directors, officers, employees, and agents, disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects or errors will be corrected. We make no warranty that the results of using the Services will meet your expectations or be to your satisfaction. CSDROP hereby disclaims any and all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of the use of the Services remains with you.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CSDROP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from or relating to your access to or use of the Services. Furthermore, CSDROP shall not be responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, software, hardware, or failure of any email or transaction due to technical problems or congestion on the Internet or on the Services.
Third-Party Services: We rely on third-party services. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any third-party service providers. Any issues or disputes with a third-party service are between you and that provider, though we will reasonably assist in resolving them where possible. However, if a third-party service fails, that is outside our control, and we cannot accept liability for resulting delays or losses.
Sole Remedy: Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using the Website and close your Account. If, notwithstanding the above disclaimers and limitations, CSDROP is found liable to you for any claim or cause of action, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to CSDROP in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or, if no payments have been made, an amount of €50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability; in such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
Use at Your Own Risk: You acknowledge that using an online platform involves inherent risks. You assume all risks associated with the use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, the risk of losing Coins through play, the risk of hardware/software failures, and the risk of unauthorized access to your Account if you have not adequately safeguarded your credentials. CSDROP is not responsible for any damage to your computer, mobile device, or other equipment or software that may occur through the use of the Website. Always ensure you are using up-to-date antivirus and security measures when online.
No Liability for Losses: CSDROP is not liable for any gambling losses or similar losses you may incur by using our games. All Coin expenditures are voluntary and at your discretion. We do not guarantee that participating in our games will be profitable for you; in fact, you should expect to lose Coins over time as part of the entertainment cost. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you will not hold us responsible for your financial losses or for your decisions on how you use your Coins or manage your gameplay.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any condition, warranty, right, or liability which may not be lawfully excluded or limited. To the extent that any exclusion or limitation of liability is void, prohibited, or unenforceable by law, CSDROP's liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Dispute Resolution and Legal Matters

While we strive to maintain a seamless and enjoyable experience, you may occasionally have concerns or disputes. This section outlines how disputes are handled and the legal framework governing these Terms.

Customer Support and Internal Resolution: If you have any complaints, disputes, or issues with the Services, please contact our customer support first. Provide as much detail as possible about your issue, including relevant dates, screenshots, transaction IDs, or any evidence. Our support team will review your case and attempt to resolve it in good faith. Most issues can be resolved through our internal process, and we aim to respond to and resolve complaints promptly. By using CSDROP, you agree to give our support team an opportunity to resolve any dispute before taking any formal legal action.
Escalation: If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction by our frontline support, you may request that the issue be escalated to management or a specialized team. We will provide a final determination or solution after escalation. This final internal response will represent CSDROP’s position on the matter.
Jurisdiction and Venue: You and CSDROP irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, except that CSDROP may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court to protect its rights or enforce judgments. This does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where such rights apply.
Limitation on Time to File Claims: Any claim you may have against CSDROP arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year from the date on which the cause of action arose, after which time such claim shall be permanently barred, unless a longer mandatory period applies under applicable law.
Injunctive Relief: Notwithstanding the above, CSDROP reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction if necessary to protect our legitimate interests.
Attorneys’ Fees: To the extent permitted by law, the prevailing party in any court action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be entitled to recover its reasonable legal fees and costs from the other party.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with any other policies or guidelines incorporated by reference or otherwise mentioned on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and CSDROP regarding the Services. They supersede all prior understandings or agreements regarding the same subject matter.
Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This governing law applies even if you reside outside of Hong Kong or access the Services from outside Hong Kong.
No Waiver: Our failure or delay to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of CSDROP.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any other person without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign without consent will be null and void. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
Changes to Services: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise this right.
